Paul Simon Lettings have been our letting agents for the last 4 years on a development at Nightingale Road, Wood Green. In total we had 6 houses there. There service have been very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We have been very happy with any repairs that they have carried out and feel that the quotes were competitive. We are particularly impressed with the monitoring system. We receive a report every 6 months, with photographic evidence, on each of the properties. This ensures that the tenants are maintaining the property and keeping everything in good order. The vetting of the tenants is carried out in a professional manner.
